Once back in Upper Cyria, make your way to the black-market first before going to the bank. You can now make your way to the carriage and complete this mission. Once outside the club, use the balcony that’s across from the club to avoid the guard below. Take the key and head back to Upper Cyria through Spector Club once again. Choose the song “Release Thy Golden Locks, Gloriana”. Now go back to the safe across the room and play the audiograph player that’s next to it.
Take them out without being seen then get to Shan Yun’s room and take him out. Go upstairs and you can blink above the door to assess the guards who will be protecting Shan Yun’s room. Go down the stairs and take out the guards on this floor.
Now make it through the door that was being guarded and across will be Shan Yun’s house. Make use of Domino to get all four out of your way. Make your way up to the top floor and you will see a lady guarding a door and 3 people seated (the same three we used to get the Side Effects achievement. Knock on the door the club, and when the bouncer asks if you’re a member, choose the response “Right Here”. However, this time we’ll use the Spector Club across from his house to get to him. Collect the key to his office and return to get the first key. I got to Jacobi by taking out the guards and Jacobi using Domino, but you could also use the trap-door trick from our earlier playthrough. On reading the journal, I started with the Ivan Jacobi objective. Once inside, find the tattoo parlour and get yourself the Eyeless Gang tattoo. Proceed to the objective and access the Red Camellia Beauty Parlour through the back.
